Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider · Served nationwide
Your Microsoft 365 IT Team. Without the Overhead.
RTS gives small-to-mid businesses dedicated M365 support, security management, and IT expertise — delivered through the Microsoft cloud, so it works the same whether you're across the street or across the country.
Most IT companies ask you to book a call before you learn anything. This page runs the first half of our free 30-minute assessment right here — eight questions about your own tenant, scored as you go. No commitment. No sales pitch. Just a straight conversation about your IT.
Our own product · Built and hosted by RTS
The RTS Pack — we watch your computers for $5 a device. We fix them for $25 more.
Monitoring and remote fixes on our own self-hosted stack, priced per computer instead of per person. Same product for a household or a business. 43-second video, no jargon.
The self-audit · 8 questions
Answer these about your own tenant. You'll know where you stand before we ever speak.
These are the same questions asked in the free assessment — tenant, licenses, identity posture, endpoint management, security gaps, and support process. Nothing is sent anywhere; the scoring runs entirely in your browser. Answer honestly, including "not sure" — not knowing is itself a finding.
-
01
Do you know, by name, who holds Global Administrator in your Microsoft 365 tenant?
Global Admin is total control of your email, files, and identities. Orphaned admin accounts from a former employee or a previous IT vendor are one of the most common things found in a first review.
IdentityAnswer yes / not sure / no. Not knowing counts the same as no.
-
02
Is multi-factor authentication enforced on every single account — including shared mailboxes, contractors, and the owner?
"Most people have it on" is not enforcement. One account without MFA is the account that gets used. This is the single highest-value control in a Microsoft 365 environment.
SecurityAnswer yes / not sure / no. Partial coverage is not a yes.
-
03
Could you say right now how many Microsoft licenses you're paying for that nobody is using?
Unassigned and duplicate licenses bill every month regardless. This is usually the first place a review finds money that was already yours.
LicensingAnswer yes / not sure / no.
-
04
Do you have Conditional Access policies configured — rules about who can sign in, from where, and on what device?
Without Conditional Access, a correct password from anywhere in the world is a valid login. This is how you stop credential theft from becoming a breach.
SecurityAnswer yes / not sure / no.
-
05
Are your laptops and phones enrolled in Intune, so a lost device can be wiped remotely?
Unenrolled devices are company data you cannot reach. Enrollment is also what makes offboarding a five-minute job instead of a phone call you dread.
DevicesAnswer yes / not sure / no.
-
06
When something breaks at 9am on a Monday, is there a named person your team calls — one who already knows your environment?
A ticket queue is not a person. If the answer is "we figure it out" or "we call whoever's available," your team is absorbing that cost in lost hours every week.
SupportAnswer yes / not sure / no.
-
07
Has anyone reviewed your security baseline in the last twelve months and written down what they found?
Microsoft changes defaults and adds controls continuously. A tenant configured correctly three years ago is not a tenant configured correctly today. "It was set up properly" has an expiry date.
GovernanceAnswer yes / not sure / no.
-
08
Is IT something you plan for — or something that interrupts you?
Break-fix means you are always reacting, never protected. Answer yes only if there is scheduled, proactive maintenance happening whether or not anything is broken.
PostureAnswer yes / somewhere between / no.

What we'd recommend looking at
—
This is a self-reported result from eight questions, not an inspection of your tenant — the real assessment looks at the environment itself. And it's a recommendation, not a push: if you don't need Premium, we won't push it.

The eight questions to the left are the checklist itself — read them and answer honestly for yourself. Any question you cannot answer with a confident yes is worth raising on the free 30-minute assessment. All three plans are described in full further down this page.

Straightforward pricing · Our own product, per device
Watching is $5. Watching and fixing is $30. Per device.
The RTS Pack is RTS's own service on RTS's own stack — priced per computer, not per person. Microsoft licences are a separate pass-through line at Microsoft's rate. No setup fees. No long-term contracts required.
Monitoring
We watch. You get told, in plain English.
- Monitoring agents deployed and kept running
- Continuous checks — disk, memory, Defender, patch status
- Security event monitoring (self-hosted Wazuh)
- Alerts when something crosses a threshold
- A monthly health report per device
Monitoring + Fixes
We watch, and we fix what the watching finds.
- Everything in Monitoring
- Every alert investigated, not just forwarded
- Security patches installed on a schedule
- Defender and antivirus problems remediated
- Remote fix sessions for problems on that device
Outside the agent
Project and hands-on work, priced honestly per job.
- Microsoft 365 tenant administration and security projects
- New computer setup and migrations
- On-site visits
- Training and how-to help
- Anything without an agent on it
The rule: if the fix can be delivered through the agent to that device, it is in the RTS Pack. If it needs a human doing anything else, it is quoted before work starts. Full arithmetic — including Microsoft licence rates — on the pricing page.
Versus the alternatives
Cheaper than an IT hire. More capable than break-fix.
| Feature | In-house hire | Break-fix | RTS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | $60–80K/yr + benefits | Unpredictable | Flat rate, per user |
| Microsoft 365 | Depends on hire | Reactive only | Specialized expertise |
| Response time | Business hours | Schedule a visit | Direct line to engineer |
| Proactive care | Maybe | No | Yes (Standard+) |
| Scalability | One person | No relationship | Scales with your team |
| Contract | Employment contract | Per-incident | Month-to-month |

Owner-operated
You talk to the engineer. Not a dispatcher.
Most IT companies route your ticket through a call center and leave your team waiting. RTS is owner-operated. When your team reaches out, they reach a Microsoft-trained engineer who already knows your environment.
Microsoft-Specialized
We work exclusively in the Microsoft 365 stack — M365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Exchange Online. Not generic IT. Deep expertise in the tools your business already runs.
Security Built In
Every plan includes security baselines. Every environment gets reviewed for gaps. Ransomware and phishing attacks hit small businesses just as hard — we treat your security accordingly.
Small Client List by Design
We keep a deliberately small number of clients. That means faster response times, more familiarity with your environment, and an engineer who actually knows your business — not just your ticket number.
Partner services — ETC Florida
Beyond IT. Full technology solutions.
Through our partnership with ETC Florida, we connect clients with premium low-voltage, AV, and security services — one trusted point of contact for your entire technology environment.
Conference Room AV
Display installation, video conferencing systems, speaker setups, and room controls — professionally designed and installed.
Security Systems & Cameras
Commercial security design, camera installation, access control, and ongoing monitoring — keeping your office and assets protected.
Structured Cabling
Clean, code-compliant low-voltage wiring — network drops, patch panels, and cable management done right the first time.
Who you're working with
Hi, I'm Hector Rosario.
I started Rosario Tech Solutions because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses getting passed around between IT generalists who didn't specialize in anything. I've spent years working inside Microsoft 365 environments — managing identity, devices, security, and compliance for real companies, from small SMBs to multi-entity family offices.
When you work with RTS, you work with me directly. As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, I serve M365 clients across the US — and for Central → South Florida clients, I'm local when you need on-site or private-family advisory.
