The RTS Pack is the service we built ourselves and run on our own infrastructure: monitoring agents on your computers, watched continuously, with problems fixed remotely the moment they surface. Priced per device, not per person — the same $30 whether you are a household with two laptops or a business with forty workstations.
This is RTS's in-house product. Microsoft 365 licensing and tenant work is a separate thing we also do — it lives on its own page and its own line of your invoice.

From yes to watched
Set up in minutes per computer. Not days.
1 — We send you a link
Each computer runs a small installer from a link we send you — about two minutes per machine, no restart needed. The agent is code-signed and runs quietly in the background.
2 — The checks start immediately
Within the hour, that computer is reporting disk health, memory pressure, antivirus posture, pending security updates and more, on a continuous cycle. History is retained, so "what happened last Tuesday" has an answer.
3 — Alerts come to us, a report goes to you
When a check crosses a threshold, RTS is alerted. On the $5 plan, we translate it into plain English and tell you. On the RTS Pack, we fix it — and the monthly report shows you what was found and what was done.
What this is not — read this part
- It is not a 24/7 staffed security operations centre. RTS is one person. The tooling watches continuously; a human reads the alerts on a working cadence, not around the clock. If your business needs a staffed SOC, we will tell you so rather than sell you this.
- Windows computers only, today. macOS coverage is coming; do not budget for it on the strength of this page.
